Suggested minimum package of 10 sessions for consistency. This training involves detailed breakdown of form, technique and methodology. Thru a step by step progression and extensive repetition, you will learn to become a DEADLY knock down shooter from every where on the court.
*Twice a week training suggested in order to quickly institute consistency and to eliminate frustration that comes from old/bad habits.

This training includes all around skills and conditioning specific to each individual athlete. In addition to the physical training, packages can include detailed planning and mental preparation of the game. *Suggested training is minimum twice a week as it is difficult to guarantee success and monitor progress otherwise.
